Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HubMatch ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

HubMatch is operated by HubMatch ("we", "us", "our"). The Platform is available at hubmatch.pro.


2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

3. Account and Authentication

  • Accounts are created and managed through Keycloak (OAuth provider).
  • You may link external accounts (Discord, Steam) for additional features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Keycloak.

4. Platform Services

HubMatch provides the following services free of charge:

  • Player profiles, team management, and roster systems
  • Tournament organization and bracket management
  • League seasons with divisions, standings, and scheduling
  • Scrim (practice match) finder
  • 10-Mans solo competitive queue with ELO ranking
  • Looking for Team (LFT) and Looking for Player (LFP) listings
  • Match reporting with screenshot verification
  • Player and team statistics and leaderboards
  • Learning resources (guides, patch notes)
  • Discord bot integration (voice channels, notifications, account linking)

All features are free. The Platform is supported by advertisements.


5. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Follow the Code of Conduct at all times
  • Not cheat, exploit bugs, or engage in match fixing
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Not impersonate other players or organizations
  • Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Platform without permission
  • Not attempt to manipulate ELO ratings, statistics, or match results
  • Submit accurate match results and screenshots
  • Follow the Result Verification process for disputed results

6. Teams and Captains

  • Team captains are responsible for their team's conduct and roster management.
  • Captains must ensure their team meets roster requirements (minimum and maximum players, position requirements).
  • A player may belong to one REGULAR team and one NATIONAL team simultaneously.
  • Team disbanding is permanent and cannot be reversed.

7. Tournaments and Leagues

Tournament Organization

  • Any registered user can create and organize tournaments.
  • Organizers are responsible for enforcing their tournament rules.
  • Organizers may ban teams from their specific events.

Prize Pool Commission

  • Tournaments with a prize pool exceeding EUR 1,000 are subject to a 1% platform commission.
  • The Platform does not handle money directly — no escrow, no wallet, no payment processing.
  • Organizers collect entry fees and distribute prizes externally (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
  • The 1% fee is collected externally (invoiced to organizer or deducted from prize pool before distribution).
  • Tournaments with prize pools of EUR 1,000 or less: no commission.

League Participation

  • League registration may require meeting roster and division requirements.
  • Transfer windows and transfer tokens are managed per league season.

8. Content Ownership

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (screenshots, team logos, player avatars, guide articles).
  • By uploading content, you grant HubMatch a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and process that content for Platform functionality (e.g., match verification, profile display).
  • You must have the right to upload any content you submit.

Platform Content

  • The Platform's design, code, and branding are the property of HubMatch.
  • Match statistics, ELO ratings, and leaderboard data generated by the Platform are Platform content.

9. Advertisements

  • The Platform displays advertisements via Google AdSense.
  • Ads are non-intrusive and gaming-appropriate.
  • For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland: a GDPR consent banner is shown on first visit. See Privacy Policy for details.
  • Ad blockers are permitted — the Platform functions fully without ads.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Platform-Level Actions

  • 10-Mans queue bans: Automated penalties for AFK, declining ready checks, or abandoning matches. Escalating from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
  • Account suspension: For repeated or severe violations of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
  • Account termination: For extreme violations (cheating, fraud, illegal activity).

Organizer-Level Actions

  • Tournament and league organizers may ban teams from their specific events.
  • Organizer bans do not affect access to the rest of the Platform.

Your Right to Leave

  • You may request account deletion at any time. See Privacy Policy section 8 for the process.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Prize pool disputes between organizers and participants
    • External payment transactions between users
    • Accuracy of user-submitted match results or screenshots
    • Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
    • Actions taken by tournament or league organizers
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (which is zero — all features are free).

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Match disputes: Follow the Result Verification process (both-agree, 5-minute auto-accept, or admin dispute resolution).
  • Tournament/League disputes: Contact the event organizer directly.
  • Platform disputes: Contact us via Discord (primary support channel).
  • Legal disputes: Governed by the laws of the European Union. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
